Implementation Services

The Revenue Cycle Technology Implementation Services group at nThrive provides successful implementation of products spanning the hospital’s revenue cycle. Our solutions assist healthcare providers in disciplines from Patient Access to A/R Management.

Program/Project Manager

nThrive’s Program/Project Managers provide for the successful delivery of a high-quality implementation with exceptional customer satisfaction through expectation management, proactive communication and close management of risks.

Implementation Consultant

nThrive’s Implementation Consultant is responsible for production configuration tasks required to deliver nThrive software solutions to our customers as well as provide initial product support for live products that have not yet been transitioned to product support.

Instructional Designer

nThrive’s Instructional Designer designs and develops learning guides, eLearning and other educational resources to support solution training for external and internal clients. This position participates in the initial and ongoing educational support to enhance production adoption.

Product Trainer

nThrive’s Product Trainer participates in the initial and ongoing support for training development during implementation and is responsible for the facilitation and presentation of educational content. This person works with the instructional designer to develop solution training programs for external and internal clients.

IT Service Coordination

The IT Service Coordination team facilitates and enables End User IT support integration, process enhancement and continuous service improvement across the enterprise. Whether focused on acquisition integration and side-by-side technology strategy evaluation or customer-facing integration efforts, the work is always dynamic and fast-paced.

Corporate Technology

The Corporate Technology team supports the success and growth of nThrive by enabling business process re-engineering and leveraging technology solutions to enhance the productivity of our colleagues.

Information Security

The Information Systems Security Office (ISSO) supports the company’s mission by assuring the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of information assets. The ISSO protects information assets by developing Information Security policies, standards and practices.

Program Management

The Technology Services PMO consists of experienced project managers with PMP credentials that drive IT projects within the Infrastructure, Security, Corporate Technology and End User functions. Project Managers are responsible for managing the project financials, schedule and scope.

IT Corporate Applications

The EIS team is responsible for managing all Information Technology utilized throughout the nThrive data centers, developing technology strategies in alignment with nThrive business partners, and developing solutions that deliver business value.
Our marketing team builds our brand presence, articulates the uniqueness and value of our offerings and leverages our VMVA for external constituents and our colleagues. Awards include a gold medal for “Best Corporate Rebrand Following a Merger or Acquisition.”

Software Quality

Business Intelligence Developer​

nThrive’s creative team of analysts, engineers and SMEs are making a difference in healthcare through data and technology. From managing and supporting Business Intelligence and Analytics Data Warehouse deployments, responsibilities include data analysis, root cause analysis, developing and supporting new data models, ETLs, cubes and reporting.

Product Management

Our product management team is responsible for the overall management of our technology products, including long-range strategy and roadmaps, investment cases including both client value definition and company return on investment (ROI), customer satisfaction, market and competitive assessment, and day-to-day prioritization and definition of development activities.

Product Manager

Product management is responsible for the overall strategy, development, delivery and performance of the product or product suite. Our product management team executes and delivers on customers’ long term and short term goals by understanding their larger business objectives and defining a path to delivery. As a product manager, you will perform market research, pricing, and competitive analysis, and define both strategy and success metrics in to deliver the most value to our clients. The ideal product manager is empathetic to our customers’ needs, has great communication and negotiation skills and can influence without authority across varying levels of both internal and external stakeholders. They ideally spend 70% of their time working on product strategy and leadership and 30% of their time on tactical execution in partnership with a product analyst.

Product Analyst

Reporting to product management, Product Analysts are responsible for playing the role of “product owner” within the Agile scrum team in partnership with product development. As a Product Analyst, you will perform market research and competitive analysis to guide the product backlog, set priorities using agile methodology and translate how deliverables equate to internal and external value. Product Analysts spend approximately 30% of their time engaged in Voice of the Customer work and 70% of their time creating requirements for the consumption of the development team.

This approach drives holistic versus point-solution sales, promoting team–based selling and strategic partnerships with our clients. We align commercial talent with each client, supported by a single sales representative, to ensure these relationships thrive.
