Clinical Documentation Careers

  • Clinical Documentation Improvement

    Leverage clinical knowledge on documentation requirements to improve overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation for patient records on a concurrent basis, working collaboratively with physicians to ensure clinical information is present and accurate.

  • Case Management

    Responsible for effective and efficient utilization of hospital resources, assisting patients in receiving appropriate, high quality post-hospital care and service in a timely manner while working to remove barriers that create delays.

  • Utilization Review

    Assists physicians and mid-level providers in the determination of the appropriate level of care assignment both at the time of hospitalization and as the patient’s clinical condition evolves.

  • Care Coordinator

    The Managed Care Coordinator provides administrative support to the suite of MCS product lines. The Care Coordination Social Worker provides effective and efficient utilization of hospital resources.
