Health Information Management Careers

  • Cancer Registry

    Cancer Registrars ensure excellence in cancer surveillance reporting to meet State and CoC data collection requirements and timelines. This role manages and supports all cancer registry functions and assists in the CoC accreditation process, with Cancer Registry careers including: Technician, Specialist, Consultant and QA Manager.

  • Transcription

    The Transcriptionist captures the patient story and provides quality clinical documentation to ensure accurate patient care. They deliver critical turn-around-time results for clients by committing to a dedicated schedule. Transcriptionists work remotely from their home office.

  • Coding & Client Audit

    Coders assist our clients in achieving low DNFB, accelerating cash by assigning appropriate ICD10 CM/PCS & CPT codes. Auditors educate coders on real-time industry updates while supporting their coding quality efforts through regular communication channels. Our Coding & Audit team motto is, “Capture Every Dollar Correctly and Withstand Any Audit.”

  • Clinical Documentation

    Care Coordinators, Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists, Utilization Review Nurses and Case Managers leverage their professional nursing skills to assess patient needs, review appropriateness of treatment and establish plans for effective patient care, successful discharge and positive patient outcomes.

  • Health Information Technician

    The Health Information Technician works on-site at a client hospital location and compiles, verifies, types and files medical records. Ongoing training opportunities are available through nThrive Education.
