Our Service Center colleagues are focused on enabling health care for every one in every community by evaluating and helping to resolve billing and coverage issues for patients and third party payers.

Our Service Center Colleagues

All that we are and everything we do begins with our vision, mission, values and approach. Affectionately called our VMVA, it is the organizational DNA that makes nThrive a great place to work.

VMVA in Action

  • FUNA

Our service center colleagues exemplify our approach to being focused, united, nimble and accountable. Working together to achieve goals and share best practices, these teams live FUNA every day while they help us to empower health care for every one in every community.
  • Training

New colleagues receive one week of onsite training to learn about nThrive and gain foundational knowledge on revenue cycle management. The instructor-led training includes nThrive education coursework, interactivity, simulations and games to ensure knowledge transfer. After five fun-filled days of learning, this onboarding ends with a graduation ceremony and a cupcake toast! On the job training continues after graduation with ongoing support available from team leads and other colleagues.
  • Collaboration

Collaboration is important to achieve goals. Through daily stand-up meetings that leverage FUNA boards to review results together, each colleague has a voice to help improve processes and ensure efficient productivity in a collaborative and imaginative way. The FUNA whiteboards, which are named after our approach (focused, united, nimble and accountable), contain daily productivity metrics.
