Chief Executive Officer
Hemant Goel leads the company’s mission to make revenue cycle management simple, efficient and accurate. With more than 35 years of global experience and proven success in healthcare information technology, he brings a comprehensive set of management, technical and product development skills to the organization. Hemant believes nThrive’s role in the healthcare equation – to deliver technical innovations that eliminate administrative waste – is critical to improving the patient outcomes so important to each of us, our families and our friends.
Chief Marketing Officer
Cheryl Alden is responsible for the company’s overall marketing strategy. With more than 25 years in enterprise software marketing, she has spent the last two decades leading global marketing teams with a focus on developing high-impact marketing and brand strategies to drive growth, improve the customer experience and optimize enterprise value. She believes technology innovation is the answer to making healthcare effective and sustainable. For Cheryl, being part of an organization that enables providers to deliver great experiences for both their patients and team members is a rewarding opportunity.
Chief Financial Officer
James Evans is responsible for the planning, managing and operations of all finance and accounting related activities. He joined nThrive in April 2021 with more than 25 years of related experience, most recently as CFO of eSolutions, a SaaS company focused on revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare. James believes nThrive has the opportunity to leverage technology and innovative ideas to improve healthcare.
Chief Product and Strategy Officer
Mark Janiszewski is responsible for product management and strategy, and he leads nThrive’s Analytics, Data Insights and Education solutions. With extensive product management experience from Greenway Health and McKesson, Mark joined nThrive in 2018 and works closely with clients as well as development, marketing, sales, and operations to strengthen nThrive’s solutions and deliver best-in-class offerings. He embraces the challenge and opportunity to reduce the waste in the healthcare system so that more healthcare dollars can be focused on improving patient health.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Sally Kurth is responsible for all Human Capital Management, including talent development, total rewards, human resources operations, organizational design and capability, talent acquisition, colleague engagement and retention. A 16-year nThrive veteran, Sally has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare services. She is inspired by the spirit and commitment of those in healthcare services who are passionate about their responsibility to support the mission of healthcare providers.
Chief of Staff
Christy Mitchell is responsible for directing administrative and operational activities for the CEO and partnering with the executive leadership team to build business effectiveness. A 14-year nThrive veteran, she brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience in technology operations, product management, client communication and business alignment to her role. Christy strives to help ensure healthcare providers have the data insights they need to improve operations and enhance clinical outcomes.
Chief Legal Officer
Dan Mulligan is responsible for all nThrive legal and compliance issues, including corporate governance, HIPAA privacy, litigation, regulatory issues and government affairs. He joined nThrive in 2009 after serving as a litigator in private practice for more than 20 years. Dan believes everyone has a right to quality healthcare, and that nThrive’s work with its clients can help this become a reality.
Chief Technology Officer
Erik Preiss is responsible for the architecture, design, development and quality of the company’s core SaaS products. A seven-year veteran of nThrive, he previously had technical leadership and architect roles at Allscripts and IDX Systems Corporation. Erik believes that technology has a key role in improving the efficiency and efficacy of the U.S. healthcare system.
Chief Client Officer
Brad Rennick is responsible for leading the nThrive Client Organization and delivering a world-class client experience that ensures the successful adoption of nThrive solutions. He has more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise relationship management, complex solution delivery, technical support, education development and client success, with the last 10 years as an executive leader in a high-growth ambulatory SaaS EMR. Brad believes that with strong relationship alignment and a single focus on helping our clients exceed their business goals, we will continue transforming the revenue cycle and providing a positive patient outcome.
Chief Information Officer
Jan Ross is responsible for corporate business systems, security, colleague technology, infrastructure operations, engineering & architecture, procurement and facilities. She joined nThrive in 2018, bringing extensive Fortune 500-company experience in utilizing technology to drive value and implementing leading-edge business-critical solutions. Jan is motivated by building strong teams focused on continuous improvement, streamlining processes and aligning technology solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
Chief Growth Officer
Amy Sebero is responsible for driving growth and sales for nThrive. Amy has four decades of healthcare experience including 28 years with nThrive where she has consistently achieved top sales status as both an individual contributor and managing teams. Prior to joining nThrive, Amy spent 10 years in healthcare auditing and consulting at Ernst & Young. She believes in improving the financial well-being of healthcare organizations so they can better serve their patients and communities.
