Dear Health Care Reader –

As the song goes, ‘it’s the most wonderful time of the year,’ and we at nThrive couldn’t agree more. Our wish for all of you and your loved ones is for a very merry and healthy holiday season. Amidst the many holiday preparations, our organization is very busy making preparations of our own – for the rest of this year and next year. Wait until you see what’s new from nThrive in 2018!

First though, I’ve got good news that I am honored to share with you; nThrive recently won the coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the Workforce Management category, as “Best Unique or Innovative Workforce Management Program.” Can I share with you? Given the immense talent and creativity of our colleagues, I’m not surprised. The culture across the nThrive organization nurtures our colleagues and their ideas to better serve health care providers and patients. You’ll know more when you read about the innovative new certification and badge programs soon to be available from nThrive Education! To learn more about the award and our company’s triumph, be sure to check out our press release.

Last month, nThrive participated in the Becker’s Hospital Review 6th Annual CEO + CFO Roundtable Conference, where we had the opportunity to host the forum titled, “Drive Pop Health Performance through the Power of Your Revenue Cycle.” The discussion focused on population health management, and provided many keen insights regarding ways to improve care quality and lower the costs of caring for cohorts of patients. If you missed the nThrive-hosted webinar, “Quality Payment Program Year 2,” which explains MACRA’s Quality Payment Program Year 2 requirements, and contrasts the transition year and Year 2 changes, you can find the webinar Q and A recap and listen to the replay by clicking here. Expert Moshe Starkman, nThrive senior value-based reimbursement (VBR) consultant, shares information that could be crucial to your organization’s success in 2018.

Speaking of webinars, nThrive is hosting another session that you don’t want to miss! Titled, “How segmentation can take Patient Access to the next level” (January 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. ET), the webinar explores how going to the next segmentation level – which takes preference and behavior into account – better supports patients on their clinical and financial health care journey. nThrive experts Kelley Blair, senior vice president and general manager, and Erica Franko, principal, Business Health, will share their insight on how to boost patient outcomes and satisfaction. The certification and badge program that I mentioned earlier will launch and be available to our clients in early 2018. It’s a great program – be sure to read more about certification and badge opportunities for your colleagues.

Again, from the entire nThrive team to yours, happy holidays and best wishes for success in 2018!
