Dear Health Care Reader –

At a recent company meeting, I asked our colleagues to pause for a moment and imagine. Imagine a company completely focused on empowering health care for every one in every community... Imagine a company that health care providers cherish because we are focused, united, nimble and accountable and, as a result, solve problems that no other organization can. This is the kind of company we are creating. We are blending the renowned expertise of organizations like Equation and Adreima with nThrive to make our dream a reality, collaborating with health care organizations to improve the health of their patients and their business systems, and searching for ways to overcome current industry challenges so that people in our communities live healthy, vital and long lives.

Earlier this week, nThrive was at the 2017 Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Conference in Orlando, showcasing our revenue cycle portfolio and thought leadership. During the show, nThrive was given the 2017 Category Leader in Transcription award from KLAS. For more information on nThrive’s presence at the show, click here to read the press release.

Recently, Oklahoma State University Medical Center (OSUMC) asked nThrive to help them improve accuracy and cash flow, and to modernize and upgrade their entire revenue cycle management operations, from Patient-to-Payment℠. nThrive also helped OSUMC, the largest osteopathic teaching hospital in the nation; better identify patient and payor responsibility upfront. To read how the use of integrated patient access, charge integrity, compliance and contract management solutions drive performance gains across OSUMC’s revenue cycle, click here.

nThrive CarePricer®, a software tool that estimates how much patients can expect to pay out-of-pocket for hospital services, based on insurance and other factors, has recently been upgraded with new features to help health care organizations better meet patient access needs. CarePricer uses historical claims data, provider contract and benefit information to provide the most accurate patient estimates at the point-of-access.

Within nThrive, growth and improvement are going full throttle. On February 17, the social media channels of Equation and Adreima, our recently acquired businesses, were blended into nThrive social channels. Through our active social media presence, we’ll keep you up-to-date on nThrive newest developments and will provide relevant industry reports and happenings.

Continual improvements are being made across every facet of the nThrive organization. Recently, we renamed our health care analytics platform “nThrive Analytics” to reflect the powerful punch it packs when it comes to transforming raw data into actionable, data-driven insights. Learn how nThrive Analytics seamlessly mines your data to identify shortcomings and pinpoint future strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, patient care and loyalty organization-wide. In other news, nThrive recently collaborated with Becker’s Hospital Review to host an informational webcast entitled, “Are you positioned to shine or fade under MACRA?” An industry hot topic, more than 900 registered for the February 9 live session, which covered MACRA’s risks and rewards, as well as how to approach its regulations from a strategic, technological and educational standpoint. Thank you, readers, for your tireless efforts, too, to improve health care for everyone. Each month, I promise to share with you what nThrive is building and changing to afford every person a healthy, vital life.
