nThrive Education featured three webinars in March on Patient Access challenges, underscoring the critical role training plays in sustaining improvements. Recordings of these events are posted online following each live event.

On March 6, nThrive Education partnered with HealthStream, which promotes and sells nThrive Education solutions through its large network of more than 3,000 hospitals and over 4.8 million learners, on “Thinking Outside the Box: Leveraging Education to Drive Patient Access Initiatives.” Presented by Thomas Ormondroyd, nThrive president of Education and Erica Franko, nThrive senior vice president and managing director, Advisory Services, the webinar explored how systematic training and investment in Patient Access staff can turn challenges into opportunities. An nThrive hosted webinar, “Checklist for Success: How Patient Access Education Can Have a Positive Impact on the Revenue Cycle,” followed on March 15. Presented by nThrive Educational Consulting and Training Specialist Lori Purcell, RHIA, CCS, this event covered ways to quickly and effectively increase staff understanding and overall proficiency in gap areas, as well as process improvements to further enhance accuracy and efficiency.
