Alpharetta, Georgia, March 5, 2018 – nThrive, an independent Patient-to-Payment℠ solutions company was certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. nThrive earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its colleagues in anonymous surveys. The survey includes questions regarding perks and programs, work-life balance, benefits, diversity, leadership and community and environmental impact. A summary of these ratings can be found on the Great Places to Work website.

"What is really exciting about being certified as a Great Place to Work by this most trusted and highly regarded survey is that it comes from our colleagues and it is their acknowledgment that we are making progress on our commitment towards colleague engagement," said Chief Human Resources Officer Robert Holmes.

"We applaud nThrive for seeking certification and releasing its employees' feedback," said Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Great Place to Work's Certification Program. "These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees' trust and create a great workplace - critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with nThrive should take into account as an indicator of high performance."

“According to our study, 73 percent of nThrive employees say it is a great workplace,” noted Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Great Place to Work Certification & List Production.

nThrive continually strives to create a valued corporate culture for its colleagues. As part of this effort, nThrive colleagues completed 970 surveys, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 2.31.

nThrive scored incredibly high on its culture, which is primarily driven by its nThrive CARES program.
