nThrive, a technology company providing leading healthcare revenue cycle management SaaS solutions, was named the winner of a bronze Stevie® Award for their corporate response to COVID-19, in the 19th Annual American Business Awards® today.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
More than 3,800 nominations – a record number – from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. nThrive was nominated in the COVID-19 Response Category for Most Valuable Corporate Response.
nThrive launched an array of informative and swift COVID-19 tactics to provide reliable answers, advice and expertise for both colleagues and health care organizations to prevent productivity and revenue loss. As nThrive worked through the uncertainty and challenges surrounding COVID-19, the company’s priorities remained clear and stood as its guiding principles: ensuring colleague safety, supporting operational continuity, and extending additional support for clients.
According to one of the judges, “nThrive prioritized their COVID-19 response to make sure their colleagues were safe and prepared for the changing climate that the pandemic was presenting while maintaining operations and providing support for their clients. They were able to move to remote operations rapidly and they created a web portal to provide support resources for their clients and other organizations. They had a plan prepared and were ready to meet the challenges of COVID-19. nThrive is a good nominee for this category.”
The Director of Patient Financial Services at one nThrive client site was excited to share the experience of coming across the nThrive COVID-19 resource center, when the need for valuable information and advice was at an all-time high. “I can’t tell you how many sites I looked through for bits of information [on business continuity during COVID-19]. “I came upon great information that basically had [everything] I was looking for. I was so impressed […]. Wonderful to see the most helpful information on the internet was by one of our partners!”
CEO of nThrive, Sloan Clardy, reflected on what this award means to the company, “We have been through a very tough year, and the efforts that our colleagues have taken to support our clients and each other has been inspiring. This award will remain a symbol or our colleague’s true professionalism, humanity and commitment towards our clients and each other during one of the most unprecedented times.”
